Welcome, it is so lovely to meet you! My name is Lieke and I am super excited to share with you all the projects flowing from my heart. 

Growing up I've always been interested in living a healthy lifestyle and becoming the happiest version of myself.

Following my passions I studied physiotherapy in Belgium and then embarked on a big journey around the world, discovering beautiful places in nature, different cultures and new aspects within myself.

My travels and boundless curiosity prompted me to look inward and begin a focus on self-development and natural health. Living through many different situations and experiencing wild ups and downs helped to cultivate self-awareness and allowed me to study myself, the goal being to shine from within, feel good in my body and be proud of who I am as a person.

Exploring new ways to live life on my terms, healthy, free and balanced.

With Soli I want to share what I have learned and provide a platform for women who want to become a healthier and therefore happier version of themselves. Healthy from a holistic standpoint - mind, body & soul. Women who are already on their own journey to live a balanced life, discovering and following their deepest desires and dreams.
